There are no particular requirements; a wastewater tank can also be designed indoors. Provide the necessary specifications to the civil engineering team, and they will take care of the design.
Then, sir, what about Class A buildings? Are there any distance requirements regarding ordinary pools? It would be great to have some regulatory basis for this, thank you!

There are no open flames in the tank, nor is it classified as such; for example, in biological treatment tanks for wastewater, there are only air aeration nozzles at the bottom, with no other equipment
I’ve seen a paint manufacturing plant where the wastewater tanks are located very close to the factory buildings.
Is it a Class A factory building? Secondly, is this arrangement in compliance with the standards?
