The design institutes are in a mess these days too; just a few days ago I saw someone from the process field switch to working in the water supply and drainage field. Today I saw people from the water supply and drainage field switching to working on process pipelines. Although they are both pipes, the requirements are ultimately very different. It is recommended to first look up the design specifications for acetylene stations, and then find some information on pressure pipelines.
