As energy becomes increasingly scarce, the recovery of condensate water in factories becomes more important; however, some solutions are not yet mature. Leiji Chemical invites you to participate in the discussion. These immature solutions are characterized by: 1. A low recovery rate of condensate water that has value for recycling ; 2. Outdated condensate recovery systems (referring to those that do not use specialized recovery devices) ; 3. The design parameters of the condensate recovery system are unreasonable ; 4. The design of the condensate recovery pipeline is unreasonable. XX Chemical has successfully recovered up to 95% of the usable condensed water using a recovery tank and steam injection device. What are the condensate recovery solutions you see, and what is their rationale?
The vast majority of our condensate is sent out under its own pressure.

We visited a tobacco curing company, where their condensate water was also discharged directly outside, on the grounds that the iron ion levels were too high. What they didn’t realize was that there are solutions to high iron ion levels as well. But since it’s a state-owned enterprise, the management isn’t very attentive to such issues

The steam source for the heat exchanger is at 1.3 MPa; the conductivity of the steam condensate is 18 uS/cm with a pH of 9. Can this type of steam condensate be used directly as make-up water for steam boilers operating at 4.2 MPa?;
