Could someone tell me whether someone who has graduated from undergraduate studies and has 3 years of experience in the chemical industry can apply for the First-Class or Second-Class Constructor qualifications? What are the specific requirements for these exams, and how does one go about applying?
The duration of experience is not sufficient; if it were, one could consider the Mechanical and Electrical engineering track for the first-level qualification. There are plenty of instructions on how to apply available online
