Can the management divider be raised to any floor?

When moderators manage posts, they are sometimes busy for a period of time, and a number of posts accumulate; meanwhile, they don’t have much free time. Is it possible to set the separator so that multiple levels can be managed at once?
It was mentioned before; it seems it won’t work. When there’s too much to do, you can first raise the division line, and then raise all the posts that haven’t been read at the same time.
A divider is, in essence, just an ordinary post that we have arbitrarily named. The boost can only go all the way to the top
