I’m seeking help from my colleagues: due to the needs of building a pilot-scale platform for the project, it is necessary to install a set of equipment related to the gasification, purification, and storage of coke. Seek recommendations for process design and equipment selection? We have experience in communication and cooperation; companies that can provide solutions are especially welcome! * Design capacity: Approximately 1 ton/h (it can be higher or lower); it is preferable that the gas be in the form of syngas, and a hydrogen supply system can be used to adjust the hydrogen-to-carbon ratio. It needs to run continuously. * Raw materials: coke or charcoal, etc.; it is preferable that the raw materials have a wide range of applicability. * Gasification process: oxygen-enriched gasification or conventional air gasification followed by separation? * Furnace recommendation: There are so many types of furnaces available these days, and it’s hard to determine which one is more suitable for this scale of application. * Gas purification equipment: It is desired that the gas contain as little nitrogen as possible (oxygen-enriched oxidation? Or conventional gasification followed by separation), dust removal, desulfurization. * Gas storage: low-pressure gas holder or high-pressure gas holder? The operating pressure in the later stage is approximately 4–6 MPa, matching the pressurization equipment. * Economic cost calculation: the cost per cubic meter of syngas. * How much space does the entire setup require, and what is its cost?
