How does a unloader work? Are those two thin tubes above the instrument air lines?
It depends on your process flow; some even have a nitrogen line
One is instrument air, and the other is vent
With one cycle of operation, at zero load the wind pressure pushes the valve element open; at a load of 100, the indicator light does not function and the valve element is fully closed
Mm-hmm! Can this unloader also be removed and not used?
Generally, there are an air inlet, a nitrogen filling port, an air leakage port, and a vent port; for standard models, only the air inlet and the air leakage port are connected
Pneumatic valves for pushing open; one is used for air intake and unloading, and the other is for air leakage recovery.
