Solving the issue of the steam turbine not being able to handle the load

The rated load of the turbine is 12 MW; with the synchronizer adjusted to its extreme position, it can currently handle just over 11 MW. The main steam pressure and temperature are within normal ranges. Please help solve this issue!

We don’t quite understand it; it seems that the designed values and actual values may not always match exactly. Moreover, factors such as the operating conditions on site also have an impact
Replace the Lützlow turbine filter element
Adjust the error oil valve adjustment screw
The spring of the pressure transmitter was replaced; otherwise, the main oil pump would start operating too early
