We are the Technology R&D Center of Haier Group, namely Haier Open Innovation Platform (abbreviated as HOPE). Our Technology Strategy team is seeking candidates for two positions: 1. Smart Technology Strategy Consultant. Responsibilities: 1. Break down requirements related to sensing and intelligent technology, and identify various technical solutions ； 2. Collect and organize roadmaps for intelligent technologies, analyze the technical principles and maturity levels of various solutions, to provide a basis for decision-making ； 3. Conduct a preliminary assessment of the resources, plans, or technologies ； 4. Establish intelligent-related external partnerships and manage global intelligent resources. Requirements: 1. Education and experience: Doctoral degree; experience in the research and development of various sensor applications, or in electrical control development for over 1 year ； 2. Specializations: Microelectronics, Measurement and Control, Optical Engineering, Automation, Computer Algorithms, and other related fields ； 3. Language: Proficient in reading and writing, able to understand English-related technical materials and literature ； 4. Self-learning ability to quickly grasp the basic knowledge of technologies in other fields ； 5. Self-management ability: having an accurate understanding of one’s own capabilities, constantly setting higher and newer goals for oneself, driving and motivating oneself, maintaining a passion for work and a positive attitude at all times to successfully complete tasks. 6. High sensitivity to customer needs: the ability to identify business opportunities and establish communication channels between parties involved, thereby meeting the needs of both buyers and sellers. II. Thermodynamics Technology Strategy Consultant Job Responsibilities: 1. Breaking down technical requirements as needed to find suitable heat exchange solutions ； 2. Reach out to external resources, present our detailed technical requirements and communicate with them, while keeping track of the project progress ； 3. Conduct a preliminary assessment of heat exchange solutions for external companies ； 4. Establish partnerships with external resources to manage a global network of heat exchange and heat conduction-related resources. Required qualifications: 1. Education and experience: Master’s degree or above; familiarity with the basic principles of heat exchangers, as well as experience in the basic research and development as well as applied research related to heat transfer products. 2. Specializations: Engineering thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, combustion (non-coal) and related fields ； 3. Language: Proficient in reading and writing, able to understand English-related technical materials and literature ； 4. Self-learning ability to quickly grasp the basic knowledge of technologies in other fields ； 5. Self-management ability: having an accurate understanding of one’s own capabilities, setting higher and newer goals for oneself, driving and motivating oneself, maintaining a passion for work and a positive attitude at all times to successfully complete tasks. 6.
