Is the Y-type filter for the coolant circulation water always clogged?

This post was last edited by newmanking on 2016-7-9 at 13:10. The filter screen in the circulating fluid system for propylene glycol keeps getting clogged, resulting in high backflow pressure. Now that the filter screen has been removed, the backflow pressure is much lower. Is it possible to avoid using a filter screen?
Is it too fine? Also, if this filter screen is used for cleaning, it can be removed after cleaning
It’s impossible not to install it. The reason is that the precision of your filters is too high; replacing them with coarser filters will solve the problem. Ask Lützhöl Filter to provide details on their filter media, and they will naturally tell you what precision of filter screen to use
