Let me start by saying that I work in the field of fine chemicals. I often receive inquiries from clients in India, and this morning there was another one. I really can’t control the enthusiasm within me, so I have to complain a bit. (It’s just my personal opinion; please don’t criticize if you don’t agree!) ) It’s actually very simple: Indian customers are often quite strange and extreme. If you don’t have a flexible mind, it’s better to ignore them and not respond to their emails; otherwise, you’ll end up in big trouble!
