What is the white solid found inside pyridine?

I’m seeking help from experts: A thick layer of white solid was found adhered to the inner wall of the outlet pipe at the bottom of the pyridine storage tank in our company. The original DN100 pipe was reduced in size to around DN25 as a result. When the pipe was rinsed with methanol, it turned out that the solid could be dissolved. What is this white solid? Note: Our pyridine is pumped into the workshop to react with chloromethane to produce MPC.

How did you find it? Pyridine has an awful smell. It should be oxidized pyridine; if it’s convenient, give me a sample and I’ll show it to you.
