Dear sea friends, what are the testing methods and standards for chloromethane, vinyl chloride, methane, ethylene, dichloromethane, and dichloroethane?

These are all tests conducted using chromatography; the standards are based on the reference values of calibration gases for your chromatograph. In the calcium carbide process for vinyl chloride, the vinyl chloride content is measured in the mixed gas after conversion, whereas distillation does not involve measuring the vinyl chloride content. For the remaining tests, it depends on whether you have purchased the standard gases for testing.
