Gentlemen, we are a winery. When the steaming vessels are turned on, a large amount of water vapor is generated in the workshop. Due to the large size of the facility and the multi-bay production setup, this mist cannot be removed in time and accumulates within the workshop. The situation is particularly severe during rainy weather or in winter. Previously, axial fans were tried for forced exhaust, but the results were unsatisfactory; mainly, the mist expelled still accumulated on the roof, preventing the mist from being removed from the workshop. Since bridge cranes are in use inside the workshop, the fog severely impairs the drivers’ visibility, posing a significant safety risk. I sincerely ask all the experts if there are any good solutions, or if you can recommend experienced manufacturers who can help us overcome this difficulty. Thank you!
