Going against it harms the lungs; in summer, coldness arises. In hot summer with excessive sweating, be careful of yang depletion. Work in the morning and evening, rest at noon. Avoid the cold, and be careful of the heat’s menace. Eat frequently in moderate amounts, and maintain a calm and peaceful state of mind. Reversing it brings sorrow; autumn brings suffering.
