In the systems used by each person, can the 1-Engineer station record the alarm confirmation records from each operation station? 2- If the alarm setpoint is changed at one control station, will the values at the other stations change as well?
Changing parameters is related to communication data sharing, I guess
The engineer station is unable to record the alarms from each operation station; if the alarm settings are changed on one operation station, the settings on the other stations will change as well
You mean the alarm history records, right? .
1. Alarm confirmation is part of the operator activity logging; DCS systems generally have this functionality. 2. What the operation station modifies are actually the parameter values of the internal function blocks in the controller, so once any operation station makes changes, the alarm values displayed elsewhere also change accordingly.
Will recording these functions be synchronized? Will the alarm values in the controller also change after modifying the alarm settings?
There is no such thing as synchronization or lack thereof; it is simply recorded in the historical data. I have already answered the second point very clearly.
