Is there a difference between buffers and buffer tanks? What is the difference between the primary buffer tank and the secondary buffer tank (installation location)?
My understanding is that a buffer and a buffer tank are the same thing; it’s just a different name for it. The primary buffer tank and the secondary buffer tank (installation location) are simply one after the other.
