Regarding oxygen-enriched combustion

The company wants to upgrade its existing rotary kilns with oxygen enrichment. Based on relevant calculations, an oxygen concentration of 24% would result in only a skill rate of around 2%; moreover, our flue gas temperature is 150 degrees. Could it be that the low flue gas temperature is why the energy-saving effects are not significant?
Oxygen-enriched combustion increases the temperature at the flame center, enhances heat transfer, and reduces incomplete combustion; it has little effect on the flue gas temperature.
