If the stress-free pipeline you are referring to is a pipeline at normal temperature, fixing brackets are rarely used; it is sufficient to install guide brackets at regular intervals.
Do the pipes on the external pipe rack need to be fitted with brackets?
If it is a pipeline at room temperature, no fixation is required.
This really doesn’t require a fixed bracket; simply some left and right supports are enough.
For pipelines at normal temperatures, it is impossible for there to be a straight section of pipe between two fixing points without any compensating measures; in that case, having fixing points is pointless.

Each case must be analyzed on its own merits. Generally, it should be based on the amount of compensation; for pipes at normal temperatures, the elongation per meter is around 0.4~0.5 mm/m. It is recommended to install a fixing bracket and a natural compensator every 300 meters or so. In this case, the elongation on one side is 0.5x150=75mm, which is less than 100mm, so it’s appropriate.
