There is a fluid that has a specific enthalpy value at conditions other than 25 degrees and 1 atm; how can the enthalpy value of this fluid under standard conditions be determined? I think it is possible to use a heat exchanger to achieve this, but if no heat exchanger is used, how can the enthalpy value under such conditions be determined directly?
