The scale of processing and the processing routes are more or less the same. State-owned enterprises are older, while private enterprises are newer; state-owned enterprises employ over 5,000 people, whereas private enterprises have only 600 to 700 employees. How can this be explained?
There are problems with the management of state-owned enterprises: too many trivial matters and little sense of fairness； There is less focus on unity, innovation, and a proactive attitude ； Energy is spent on manipulating others and concentrating power, with little focus on development.
I’m not speaking in favor of state-owned enterprises; I think that although there is some redundancy in the workforce, it at least ensures jobs for over 4,000 people. . . Forcing workforce reduction – in this case, 4K+ people losing their jobs – what will happen to these individuals? . .
The elites among these people went to similar private enterprises to hold senior or middle-level positions, while those of average ability received severance pay and started their own businesses; many of them became wealthy. Those with the fewest options relied on minimum living allowances, worked in labor export programs, or switched to the service industry...
It would be best if we could persuade them. If they become overly emotional and it leads to group incidents, that would be bad. . . Also, the numbers are just examples. . We all know the number is more than just these. . .
In fact, it mainly depends on oneself; once you have the ability, you can get by in any situation~!
This difference cannot be explained. When it comes to employment, it depends on what an individual values.
But I think, in terms of financial statements, the profit margins of private enterprises aren’t much higher than those of state-owned enterprises
State-owned enterprises focus on social benefits, while private enterprises focus on economic benefits.
Hehe, generally speaking, state-owned enterprises have outdated equipment and technology; although the manufacturing processes are similar. Another possibility is that private enterprises do not follow proper labor practices, such as having two shifts or reducing the number of management positions. However, the pay for workers at the operational level in private enterprises is usually quite low.
Private enterprises are inhumane; they exploit the workforce. For every additional employee hired, an extra salary has to be paid, and paying that extra salary means sharing money with the boss. Do you think that’s easy?
