How can SS 5000 be reduced to 1000 without using chemicals for precipitation?

As the title suggests, it’s tobacco white water – full of fine fibers that don’t settle, and adding chemicals isn’t allowed; so how can the SS level be reduced?
I have imported fully automatic self-cleaning and self-filtering equipment with a filtration precision of 5 microns, which can remove it! :)

Ceramic membrane filtration should be able to solve the problem well
The simplest way is to dilute it 5 times with plain water :lol:lol:lol:lol
At such a high concentration, all conventional filters will fail; only cross-flow filtration methods can be used, such as tubular membranes or tubular ceramic membranes. If you have any issues, feel free to contact me for assistance with conducting tests
This water volume isn’t that small – 60 t/h. I think using water to dilute it results in an excessive amount of water being used
I’ve never come across ceramic membranes before and don’t know what they are. I’ll go check it out first
