What do we usually mean by the “three small pipelines” and “valves near the root”? How to manage during inspection, maintenance, and repair?

In older designs or constructions, small connectors are often welded directly together; however, in many properly designed systems, there is first a short pipe on the back wall or a branch pipe platform, before the small connectors are installed, especially in the area beneath the insulation layer. Current designs have seen significant improvements in this regard, as well as a greater unity of approach. ——What are the common small nozzles? How can this be classified into three? Instrument interfaces (including level gauge and pressure gauge interfaces), sampling ports, and interfaces for inlet and outlet small pipelines (including vent ports, cleaning ports, and jackets for heat tracing).
