After modifying the range in Hilscher MACSV 5.2.4, the system shows that the change has been applied – meaning the range is displayed correctly on the monitoring graph. However, when a 4-20MA signal is sent, the full scale still corresponds to the original range. Has anyone encountered this issue? The steps for modifying the range are as follows: Modify the range and alarm values in the database, save and update them, then perform a full compilation. After that, go to the controller algorithm configuration section, carry out another full compilation; once everything is correct, log in to the controller and complete the installation without any disruptions, followed by saving the settings. Next, go to the engineer station, install the master and slave servers, and finally install the operation station. With Hollyland’s devices, it often happens that the measurement range is changed, but the displayed values still change according to the previous range!
Go to the global variable interface and check the range of this AI value while it is in online mode.

On the controller’s online interface, directly set the range value forcibly, and then cancel the forced setting.

What does that mean? Should I read it again after installing it without any interruptions, and then install it on the server and the operation station?
