If even a bottle can freeze, then won’t your liquid reagents freeze as well? There are specific requirements regarding temperature and humidity in laboratories, and it is clear that your laboratory does not meet those requirements.
Steam can be used to heat water, or a water heater can be employed to clean glassware; the temperature in the laboratory should not be lower than 20 degrees

We installed a kitchen appliance and replaced the hot and cold water faucets. In the northeast, it’s really impossible to work in a laboratory during winter without hot water; although the room temperature is acceptable, using tap water still freezes one’s hands.
