Regarding scanning mobile apps to download manuals and operating procedures

Is there any mobile app that allows one to scan barcodes or QR codes using a smartphone, in order to download and view the device’s user manual, operating procedures, precautions, as well as its technical parameters, etc.? After all, there are too many instruments and too many manuals
I haven’t encountered this software yet, but it might appear in the future.
Push it forward, get everyone’s attention, and work hard to develop it
How is that possible? This database is too large; you can put some of the commonly used items on a separate server
It will be possible once the phone’s memory is large enough. . . . . . . . .
That’s a great idea! But there’s a lack of people who can develop it!
