Dear teachers, I have a newly installed 5L oxygen generator; the concentration of oxygen produced is 95% after it’s set up. However, when the molecular sieve is removed and the generator is reinstalled, the concentration drops to 75%. On the third attempt, after removing the molecular sieve and reinstalling it, the concentration is even lower, at only 55%. What’s going on here? I’d appreciate some explanations

Maybe so. Can’t the molecular sieve come into contact with air when it’s being filled?
It can be exposed to air, but care should be taken to keep it compacted~~
Water has entered, which reduces the adsorption capacity and increases the nitrogen concentration in the oxygen.
An increase in the water content of the molecular sieve leads to a decrease in its nitrogen adsorption capacity; the molecular sieve should be replaced in an environment with very low air humidity.
You might have placed the filler that wasn’t fully regenerated at the bottom on top, or it may have mixed up in certain areas, resulting in a decrease in the adsorption capacity of those regions
When loading the molecular sieve, it is important to fill it completely and compact it; otherwise, the molecular sieve may come into contact with more moisture in the air, which reduces its ability to adsorb oxygen molecules
