1. The poster is setting up a new device here and preparing to start it up. The circulating water system has not undergone chemical cleaning or pre-coating, but the piping network has been flushed previously (the bypass filtration system and cooling towers have not been fed with water), and samples taken from the end of the return pipe appeared clear to the eye. 2. The compressor is now being tested, and the bypass filtration system (sand filter) as well as the cooling tower have been put into use; however, the water is becoming increasingly turbid, resembling the color of river water during heavy rain. A few samples were taken and left to stand for about 4 hours; they remain cloudy, with a slight purplish-red tint, and there is a small amount of sediment at the bottom of the bottles. It is suspected to be pipe corrosion or excessive dust accumulation in the cooling tower during construction. 3. The photo quality is really poor, so it won’t be uploaded. There are special chemicals for cleaning and pre-coating~ I remember that after pre-coating, the water would become extremely dirty~ There were sediments at the bottom and a lot of dirty foam on the surface~ So it’s necessary to clean after pre-coating, right?
