How are vertical vessels with a H/D of less than 5 calculated in SW6?

I have just designed a desulfurization tower with an H/D ratio of less than 5, using a skirt and packing. When performing strength calculations, there are two opinions: one is to use a vertical vessel for the calculations since H/D is less than 5, but the weight of the internal components and the skirt cannot be taken into account ； Another opinion is to use a tower for the calculations. It can be calculated based on the tower. If the height is small, there is little difference from the results calculated based on a vertical container.
