Where in the PID must instruments be installed? How can one determine whether an instrument needs to be added? Are there any guidelines available for reference?
I don’t understand what it means; PID is just an instrument control system, right...
Whether instruments need to be added is determined by the process operation. For parameters that need to be controlled, a control loop is required ； For parameters that need to be monitored, it is sufficient to add measuring instruments, etc.
Ultimately, it comes down to controlling and monitoring the areas in question, by installing instruments and such~
Required by the manufacturing process, for ease of operation.
