Answer: Article 56 of the Regulations on the Safety Supervision of Special Equipment stipulates that when the safety supervision and management authorities for special equipment conduct inspections of entities involved in the production and use of such equipment, as well as of inspection and testing institutions, at least two safety inspectors specializing in special equipment must be present, and they must present valid identification cards as proof of their status.
