What are the reasons for the high polarization voltage in Woody electrolyzers?

We are using the sixth-generation Woody electrolyzer system. Currently, one of the electrolyzers shows a situation where the voltage of one cell is higher than that of the other cells during polarization. If anyone knows the reason for this, please explain it. Thank you.
After ruling out any differences in appearance and no differences in the liquid at the anode inlet and outlet, it is recommended to conduct a membrane leakage check. Further, the cell frame can be lifted out to inspect the condition of the electrolytic cell and the electrode grids; even further, the content of the electrode coating can be measured.
