There are too many factors that can cause vibration in reciprocating compressors; for now, it is recommended to reinforce the compressor. At the same time, it is advisable to consult the compressor manufacturer to analyze the causes of vibration and eliminate them.
The vibration of the compressor is analyzed from two aspects: first, it is checked whether the volume of each buffer is sufficient; second, the stress on the pipes is analyzed. Reinforcement, the addition of orifice plates, and dampers can all be used, but it is advisable to consult a professional for this task.
The volume of the buffer tank may be insufficient, and the strength of the pipeline reinforcement may not be adequate. Please have the design institute conduct an assessment
Check the following: 1. Whether the gasket in the middle of the pipe clamp has fallen off or become loose; 2. Whether the buffer tank gasket has fallen off or become loose ; Treat the symptoms.
We have encountered the same problem as well. The measure we take is to fix in place by manufacturing appropriate pipe supports (wooden pipe clamps). Additionally, it is necessary to analyze the differences between the current operating conditions and the designed process parameters; if the designed specifications are not met, the operating conditions that result in the least vibration should be determined by adjusting the gas composition and circulation rate.
