I would like to ask: what is the typical range of liquid level in the lubricating oil tank of the circulator in a hydrogenation unit?
The fuel tank level is determined by the circulation rate; the total amount of fuel pumped by the fuel pump per hour, divided by 8–8.5, gives the fuel tank level
Some engine manufacturers provide level gauge indications, and it is generally within this range as well
Generally, more than two-thirds is sufficient~~~~
Before the lubricating oil pump starts, the liquid level is around 85%, and after it begins operating, it is normally around 60%.
For initial startup, over two-thirds is sufficient; for normal operation, over one-half is enough.
Two-thirds when not in operation, and one-half when in operation; too much oil actually has a negative effect.
