Ahaha, dear sea friend, let me explain! It is different from the secondary circuit of a current transformer, as the secondary side of a current transformer cannot be open-circuited. In contrast, current transmitters are different: the secondary side of the current transformer forms a current circuit (1A or 5A) directly with the input side of the current transmitter, and only after internal processing by the transmitter can a DC signal of 4–20mA be outputted. Inside the transmitter, there is a built-in transformer as well as a unit for handling alternating current and signals. Therefore, an open circuit at the output of the current transmitter will not affect the operation of the current transformer; it will only affect the DCS signal input, triggering an alarm signal Iop.
