Recently, our company plans to replace the existing internal floating discs with honeycomb floating discs. Has anyone in your company used honeycomb floating discs before, and what were the results? Hello, I am from a manufacturer of floating discs. Our company holds a patent for honeycomb floating discs, which represent a new type of floating disc. This format is not yet widely used in China, but honeycomb floating discs offer better resistance to volatility, as well as a longer service life and greater strength compared to traditional floating discs. Although the cost of honeycomb floating discs is slightly higher, most of our orders come from the three major oil companies. The testing results provided by Dalian Petrochemical show that the volatility level can reach 68 milligrams per cubic meter, with an air concentration of just over 400 grams
