The styrene-acrylic emulsions we produce, as well as the styrene-butadiene latex, present a significant problem in terms of filtration. The products are passed through screens with a mesh size of 100–200 mesh, but this method requires a high degree of manual labor and results in low filtration efficiency. Do anyone have any good methods or suggestions? Thank you.

This is a case of separation between glue residue and latex, with high viscosity. Common equipment for separating and filtering solids from liquids includes pipeline filters, plate and frame filter presses, centrifuges, hydrocyclones, and filtration screens. Latex is a very sticky liquid that tends to stick to the filter media, causing it to become ineffective; a rotary vibration sieve can use vibrations to dislodge the adhered latex residue from the filter media. Make sure to rinse the filtering surface with misty water after each filtration. Otherwise, it will clog the filter material after being applied
Could you recommend one of the rotary vibration screens you mentioned? I checked online, and it was all about powder rotary vibratory screens.
