Conveyor manufacturers advise that when it comes to the electrical maintenance of conveyor equipment, attention should be paid to the following issues. 1) Use conveyor electrical equipment in the required operating environment. 2) Regularly check the tightness of the electrical components in the conveyor equipment. 3) Check the tightness of the wiring at the terminals of the conveyor equipment components; if it is too loose, there will be poor contact, which can lead to arcing and damage to the components. 4) Regularly check the heating condition of the electrical components in conveyor equipment (such as motors, relays, etc.). Once any abnormality is detected, appropriate actions should be taken based on the degree of heating, in order to minimize the resulting losses. 5) Check the insulation condition of the electrical circuits in the conveyor equipment to ensure good insulation, thereby safeguarding the safety of personnel and the equipment. 6) In the event of sparking, smoking, or extensive damage to the insulation, the machine should be stopped immediately and the power supply cut off for appropriate repairs; otherwise, the scope of the fault may expand. 7) During maintenance, the conveyor equipment and wiring should be marked, or the wiring should be carried out in strict accordance with the electrical schematic diagrams; random wiring or short circuits must be avoided to prevent damage to important electrical equipment.
