Company parking is suspended, and all employees’ weekend vacations are canceled. I inwardly refuse it; there’s no overtime pay. . . .
We are all successors of socialism – so what’s there to talk about in terms of overtime pay? Let’s talk about ideals, about the Chinese Dream!
How can one have the motivation to work without money?
Then it’s just overtime with no actual work done!

Is this the pace of making the factory one’s home? What can you do when you get home – does the factory allow it? Does the factory give you the same care that your family does? Will your family find you a wife, or will it be the factory?
We have dropped the slogan of “making the factory our home.” Because a factory cannot replace home in providing care.
