The recovery of oil and gas in chemical storage areas and warehouses is a topic that has gained considerable attention recently, whether it’s in storage facilities, ports, or industrial waste gas systems... In this regard, it should be possible to collect and recycle the exhaust gases from tanks of the same type. If there are many different types of products in the tank area, recycling becomes impossible; in such cases, only the exhaust gases can be dealt with. Handling the mixed solvents that are collected is a complicated task.
After being collected, mixed gases are subjected to carbon adsorption or membrane separation by condensation, among other methods. . . It can be processed and recycled.

The prerequisite for recycling is that it must generate benefits for enterprises; different methods need to be employed for different types of materials: condensation, adsorption, or a combination of both. In my opinion, the key issue here is the question of profitability – the investment required for oil and gas recycling is high, but the returns are not significant.
There are indeed lessons to be learned from Europe’s recycling initiatives, but there are no relevant cases in China to prove this yet.
Recycling methods are becoming more diverse, and there are stricter standards in place to control VOC emissions.
Ideals are plump; reality is gaunt. It needs to be taken into consideration during business design planning. There is no cure after that. All those processing devices are just exaggerations. . .
I think similarly to you: conventional adsorption and condensation methods require high investment, yield very little recovery, and it’s difficult to handle the recovered liquid when dealing with a variety of chemical substances; moreover, its value is low. As for combustion, do you know that approval from relevant authorities is required for explosion prevention? Can’t it be handled like with a torch?
