Everyone, why is there absolutely no news about the Sinochem Refining project? Could it be that it’s turned yellow? If anyone knows the situation, please let me know

I was involved in two of the units of the process package for Sinochem Ethylene. It’s currently on hold and unlikely to get up and running in the short term.
The oil market is currently in poor condition, and some of CNPC’s existing refineries will have to be shut down. The China-Venezuela joint mission has been suspended indefinitely. Some are being implemented in Huizhou, so there’s no choice but to keep implementing them.
I’ve been worried for these past years that it wouldn’t be possible! There might be hope when crude oil prices rise to $100!
Is it going to die here? How pitiful
