Process operation procedures posted on the wall

Is there a legal requirement to post process operation procedures on the wall? Nowadays, fines are indeed issued for failing to do so.
This is the same as the equipment operating procedures; it must be posted on the wall

There are requirements for safety standardization, but it’s probably not mandatory; however, it’s still better to post them
What I want to ask is: are there any regulatory provisions that support posting it on the wall? Otherwise, issuing an administrative penalty would be illegal.
The procedures are too lengthy to be posted on the wall; usually, process cards are posted there, while controlled versions of the procedures are kept on site.

What is posted on the wall are simplified safety procedures and job responsibility systems, etc
Our process specifications are not posted on the walls; only for some key positions are certain operating procedures displayed there, while the rest are compiled into books and placed in locations easily accessible to the operators. Neither the safety supervision agency nor the standards review team raised any similar issues. /
