To all sections and technical teams in the Petrochemical Section: With the strong support of all members, moderators, and team members throughout 2016, various management tasks and activities in this section were carried out smoothly. In particular, the number of posts in the hydrogen production and hydrogenation section exceeded 100. All these achievements are the result of the hard work of Haichuan Station, the section’s management staff, and all members. This initiative is aimed at recognizing those who excel, encouraging more moderators to get involved in management, and motivating more members to participate in posting and communicating within the Petrochemical Section’s sections. Special recognition and rewards are given to those who have been selected multiple times as outstanding moderators (through self-nomination or recommendation) and star members (through self-nomination or recommendation), in hopes that they will continue to strive for excellence. (Monthly selection of outstanding members and managers ； Star members and managers are selected on a quarterly basis. ) I. Criteria for selecting outstanding moderators and technicians (Self-nomination or recommendation is possible if any of the following conditions are met): 1. Moderators and technicians who have received the title of outstanding performer three times or more based on their salary records from January to July 2016 can self-nominate or be recommended ； 2. Those who come in first place or participate the most during various activities held in each section of the zone may apply on their own or be recommended by others ； 3. Those who actively participate in zone management, organize various activities, and complete them successfully may apply on their own or be recommended by others ； 4. Self-nomination or recommendation by moderators and technicians in the petrochemical area for awards or verbal recognition from HaiChuan administrators, inspection teams, or district authorities ； II. Star Members (self-nominated or recommended) (Self-nomination or recommendation is possible if any of the following conditions is met): 1. Those who posted the most valid posts in any section of the Petrochemical Area from January to July 2016, either by self-nomination or recommendation ； 2. Those who come in first place or participate the most during various activities held in each section of the zone may apply on their own or be recommended by others ； 3. Members from the petrochemical area who have received awards or verbal commendations from HaiChuan administrators, inspection teams, districts, or forums, either through self-recommendation or recommendation by others ； Upon the completion of the selection, each participant receives: 1 point of prestige, 20 points of charm, 1000 units of wealth, and 1 water bottle; a medal is also awarded, and their personal record in the HaiChuan database is kept as a basis for identifying outstanding members to be recognized on the HaiChuan Forum at the end of the year. In addition to receiving rewards, outstanding members can serve as official moderators or technicians in the petrochemical section.
