The 5600 Nm3/h air separation unit supplied by Sichuan Air Separation Equipment to Qingdao Haijing has passed the acceptance test. According to news from August 8th, the KDON-5600(100Y)/14000(140Y) air separation unit provided by Sichuan Air Separation Equipment (Group) Co., Ltd. to Qingdao Haijing Chemical Group Co., Ltd. underwent a performance evaluation and acceptance process recently, and has now been handed over for use by the client. At present, the device is operating stably, with all process parameters meeting the technical requirements. It is understood that this set of equipment was ordered by Sichuan Air Separation Group, with its wholly-owned subsidiary, Zhejiang Dachuan Air Separation Equipment Co., Ltd., responsible for its production. The 12,500 Nm3/h air separation unit exported by Hangzhou Chuankong to Indonesia was successfully commissioned. According to news from August 8th, the KDONAr-12500(150Y)/12500/420Y type air separation unit as well as the YPON-750Y/750Y liquefaction cryogenic tank, exported by Hangzhou Chuankong General Equipment Co., Ltd. for Qingtuo Industry’s project in Indonesia, were officially handed over to the customer for use. Commissioning was completed on March 10, 2016, and the unit began producing oxygen, nitrogen, and argon of qualified quality. It is understood that the contract for the 12,500 air separation project was signed on March 2, 2015. Given the short project timeline, Hangzhou Chuankong Company manufactured and shipped the components in batches, with installation beginning in October 2015. Due to the great difficulties in on-site installation by the user, through the concerted efforts of all parties, the air separation unit was completed on schedule and started up successfully in one go. This established a positive image for the company among the user, leading to them entrusting the second phase of the project, which involved 25,000 units of air separation equipment, to Hangzhou Chuankong Company for production. The successful handover of this 12,500 cubic meter air separation unit marks another improvement in Hangzhou Chuankong’s manufacturing capabilities for air separation equipment of 10,000 cubic meter class and above, laying a solid foundation for the company to further expand its presence in the large-scale air separation market.
