When our plant is operating at full capacity in summer, the temperature of the refined fuel supplied to external customers is quite high! Other seasons are fine too! The measures we took are to reduce the flow rate, flush with air cooling, apply rubber hoses on the air cooling unit, and use spraying! Our crude oil is equipped with heat exchangers for heat exchange with kerosene; if you don’t have such heat exchangers, you can carry out technical modifications to add them to the refined diesel and crude oil
There isn’t much heat, so air cooling is better.
With less heat, there’s no need for heat exchange; air cooling is sufficient. Generally, there are many diesel heat exchange processes in the current setup, so the temperature of the finished product leaving the unit is not very high; however, the high-pressure air coolers often experience overheating.
If there is a low-temperature heat system, a heat exchanger can be added. There are many devices for heat exchange with the finished diesel, and these can be fine-tuned to keep the temperature of the output device within a specified range.
If low-temperature thermal energy can be utilized, then it should be used; otherwise, air cooling or water cooling should be employed
