Spherical head non-radial hole

For the non-radial holes on the spherical head of high-pressure boilers, is the angle between the hole axis and the radial direction also limited to no more than 45 degrees, just like in the case of the cylinder and the ellipsoidal head? If it weren’t for the through-hole, could a single non-radial hole be greater than 45 degrees? Are there any **standards? Could some expert please give me some guidance?

Thank you. Apart from clause 9.2.3 of GB16507.3-2013 and clause 16.3 of GB16507.4, must the axis of an opening in a spherical head that is not radial also satisfy the condition that the angle between this axis and the radial direction is less than or equal to 45 degrees?
