Valve screw protection

I would like to ask what kind of paper is used to cover and protect the screw of the new valve What is a good way to protect the exposed valve screw after applying butter to it?
It’s provided by the valve manufacturer; it seems to have a name similar to “qin ke paper”. Due to dialect differences, I’m not sure exactly which character it is. We just cut a transparent plastic tube and put it on.

Apply butter to the exposed valve stem, and then cover it with a plastic sleeve
The exposed valve stem is coated with a calcium-based grease and then covered with a PVC sleeve; however, turning the valve during production can be quite troublesome.
Use oil-paper; it’s the same kind of green-shelled paper mentioned upstairs, and that’s what we say as well
Applying butter can easily attract dust; will this damage the threads on the valve stem?
Applying an appropriate amount of butter to the valve stem is sufficient; no sleeve is needed. However, the valve stem must be cleaned of oil regularly and butter reapplied.
