Are there any standards or catalogs for the design or installation of HVAC system instruments?

I have been working on the instrumentation and control design for the ventilation system of a project recently. Since I have limited experience in designing HVAC instruments in the past, I feel a bit unfamiliar with it. In the recent project, in the designs of various areas and levels, issues such as insufficient straight pipe sections upstream of the flow meters or differential pressure flow meter pressure taps on the HVAC ducts were found. I would like to ask everyone whether, especially in cases where there is a shortage of such straight sections, it could affect the accuracy of flow measurement Also, are there any installation specifications or standard catalogs for HVAC system instrumentation and control, similar to those in the process industry?
Should GB 50093-2013 \"Code for Construction and Quality Acceptance of Automatic Instrumentation Projects\" and HG/T 21581-2012 \"Manual for Automatic Control Installation\" be applied?
Neither of these two standards mentions HVAC ductwork, nor do other industry standards. Currently, there is a lack of evidence; merely relying on measurement principles is not sufficient to draw any conclusions.
