What are the differences between HG/T 21581-2010 and HG/T 21581-2012?

Our group has issued the standard HG/T 21581-2010; I checked online and found that HG/T 21581-2012 already exists and has been put into use. 2010 was a revised trial version of the previous version, 1995; the 2012 version explicitly stated that 2012 would replace version 1995. For the 2012 version, **when was this standard issued, and on which** website can the relevant requirements be found?
On the Work Standard website, the 2010 version cannot be found; only versions 95 and 12 are available.

The errors in them are the same. Not much change.

Implementation date: Starting from November 1, 2012.
Generally, the updated specifications will list in the preamble the differences or changes from the previous version.
