Many factories do not have samplers; when packaging in ton bags by hand, samples are taken using a sampling spoon before sealing. The amount of sample taken and the sampling interval are determined based on each factory’s specific management requirements, and these details vary from one factory to another. The ton bag machine manufacturer recommended several manufacturers of samplers, which seem to be the same as those that produce bag-based samplers
Why not add things on your own, invent and make modifications based on the production patterns of your own unit? You can also apply for a patent at that time! :)

I’m not sure whether you need one sample per ton, or one sample for each batch of 30 tons or 60 tons; if it’s the latter, it’s the same as using a bagged sampler.
A batch consists of 4 tons; the main advantage is the fast unloading speed using bulk bag loaders. Currently, there are no data available to determine the sampling interval, so I would like to refer to the practices of other manufacturers.
